Your space to reflect, track and keep moving.

Everything in Re. is built around one quiet habit: checking in with yourself, and seeing what that adds up to.

Daily check-ins

Re. opens by asking how you are today. Pick the mood that fits, add the feelings behind it, and start today’s journal.

Journal

Write what’s on your mind, or record a voice memo when talking feels easier. Every entry collects in one journal you can look back through whenever you want.

See your progress

Look back at changes in your mood, feelings, journal activity and goals over time.

Goals & milestones

Set small personal goals and watch them move at your pace. The milestones are yours to define.

Meditate

Guided practices for when reflection stirs something up, from Breath as a Safe Haven to Gratitude Meditation.

Private & personal

No feed, no audience. Affirmation notifications, journal reminders, your privacy policy and account controls all sit together in Settings.

Built by Beam

Designed to give you a private place to reflect, record and look back on your recovery. Part of the same family as Beam and Lull, and complete on its own.

Recovery isn’t linear. Your journal understands that.

Re. gives you a quiet place to check in with yourself, on the good days, the hard days, and every day in between. No feeds, no comparison, no pressure. Just you, and a record of how far you’ve come.

How it works

  1. Check in

Open Re. and answer one kind question: how are you today?

  2. Reflect

Write as much or as little as you like. Some days a sentence is plenty.

  3. Notice the wins

Your journal and goals quietly build a picture of your progress, the small wins add up.

Privacy & account control

Your journal belongs to you.

Settings keeps everything in one place: affirmation notifications and journal reminders at times you choose, sign out, and permanent account deletion. The privacy policy is one tap away inside the app.

Re. is being developed with privacy and user control as core considerations. Full details will appear in the Re. Privacy Notice before launch, and we won’t make claims we haven’t verified.
