Delete your Re. account

You can permanently delete your Re. account, and everything in it, at any time.

In the app

1. Open Re. and go to Settings.

2. Choose the option to delete your account.

3. Confirm. Your account and journal are deleted and you are signed out.

If you can't get into the app

Email hello@findyourbeam.com from the email address you use for Re., with "Delete my Re. account" in the subject line. We'll confirm when it's done, within one month at most.

What gets deleted

Your account details, check-ins, journal entries, photos, voice recordings, goals and settings are removed from our live systems. Copies in our secure backups are removed when those backups expire and are replaced.

Deleting the app from your phone does not delete your account. Use the steps above.
