Accessibility Statement
Inclusion isn’t a feature of Beam, it’s the point. This website targets WCAG 2.2 level AA.
What we've built in
- Full keyboard navigation, with a skip-to-content link and visible focus states.
- Semantic headings and landmarks on every page.
- Text alternatives for meaningful images; decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
- Labelled form fields with clear, specific validation messages.
- Colour contrast checked against AA for text and interactive elements.
- Reduced-motion support: animations and smooth scrolling are disabled when your system asks for less motion.
- Touch targets of at least 48px and text that scales with your browser settings.
Known limitations
- Some placeholder imagery lacks final descriptive alt text pending real assets.
- Draft legal pages carry visible draft markers while they await final company information; these disappear as documents are finalised.
