Find Your Beam makes calm, practical wellbeing apps: Beam for mindfulness, Re. for recovery and reflection, and sleepkind for gentler sleep habits.

The apps were created by Gemma Eves, who has spent more than 20 years working in neurological massage and wellness, and who founded the NeuroMassage clinic and Neuro Training School. sleepkind's coaching draws on the S.L.E.E.P. Framework™ that Gemma developed for professional Sleep Hygiene & Health Consultant training.

Our approach is simple: plain language, no pressure, and no claims we can't stand behind. The apps support general wellbeing and are not a substitute for medical care.
